🍕 I Really Like Pizza

All kinds, but especially Neapolitan-style pizza.

I am pretty fortunate through my job as a pilot to get to explore the world a bit (or at least the bits of the world that BA flies to on my current aircraft).

This is obviously not an exhaustive list, but I think all of these places are worth a visit if you value your Pizza. Got any suggestions? Please let me know!

My Home Pizza Setup

I currently cook in a Gozney Dome (Dual Fuel OG Model - bought in the pre-order period). I tend to use Propane.

For dough, I particularly like using the cold fermentation process with Petra 5063 flour.
